The app provides a “Finger Circumference Measurement” function in “Me” > “Finger Circumference Recognition.” You can measure by taking a photo and comparing it to a standard object. Please follow the on-screen instructions.

1. What health data can the smart ring monitor?
It can monitor heart rate, sleep quality (including all stages), blood oxygen, heart rate variability (HRV), mental health score, daily steps, maximal oxygen uptake (VO2 Max), female health cycles, and more.
2. Where can I view my daily health data summary?
Go to the “Me” page and tap on “Health Profile” to view daily health indicators by date.
3. How do I view the details and trends of specific health indicators?
On the “Health” homepage, tap on an indicator of interest (such as heart rate or sleep quality) to enter the historical details page, where you can view daily/weekly/monthly/semi-annual trend charts and data analysis.
4. What is the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Health Index?
This is a reference indicator generated based on TCM theories and some health data, which usually includes a “Yin Index” and a “Yang Index” to assess your physical condition. You can refer to the App’s instructions or consult a professional for a specific interpretation.
5. How do I conduct a TCM consultation (Intelligent Pulse Diagnosis)?
On the “Health” homepage, tap on “TCM Consultation,” select the user and the hand wearing the ring, tap “Start Measurement,” and you can view a detailed report after the measurement is complete.
III. AI Health Assistant
1. What is the AI Health Assistant?
The AI Health Assistant can answer questions related to health, wellness, and App usage. It provides TCM interpretations, data analysis, and personalized diet and exercise recommendations.
2. How do I interact with the AI Health Assistant?
Tap the “AI” icon in the bottom navigation bar, select a recommended question or enter your own, and the system will reply to you in the chat window.
IV. Member & Device Management
1. How do I add family members and share health data?
On the “Me” or “Health” homepage, tap “Member Health” > “Add Member” and follow the instructions to invite them. Once they accept, you can view their shared data.
2. How do I modify my personal information (such as nickname, height, weight)?
Go to the “Me” page, tap your avatar or nickname to enter the “Personal Information” page to make edits.
3. How do I update the smart ring firmware and the App?
Go to “Me” > “Device Settings” > “Firmware Update.” If a new version is available, the system will prompt you to upgrade. Please keep the ring and phone connected stably.
V. Female Health Assistant
1. How does the App help me track my menstrual or pregnancy cycle?
After enabling the “Female Health” function, you can view predicted periods and ovulation days, record menstruation, and receive references based on data like sleep in your health profile.
2. How do I set up my menstrual information?
Go to the “Female Health” homepage, tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner, go to “Menstrual Information Settings,” and fill in your period start date, length, and cycle information.
3. Does the App support pregnancy mode? How do I set it up?
Yes. In “Female Health Settings,” select “Pregnancy Information Settings,” enter the start date of your last menstrual period, and the system will calculate your estimated due date and switch to pregnancy mode.
