  • Place the tip of your thumb on the Zhongji (CV3) acupoint and massage it 50 times in a clockwise direction and 50 times in a counter-clockwise direction.

  • To stimulate the Zhishi (BL52) acupoint, you can use a pressing and kneading method. Place the pad of your index finger on the Zhishi point. Centering on the acupoint, apply a certain amount of pressure and perform a circular kneading massage. Massage the points on both the left and right sides for 1-3 minutes each. This can be done several times a day.

  • Use acupressure to massage and stimulate the Guanyuan (CV4) acupoint. Alternatively, use your left and right hands to alternately massage the abdomen in a circular motion around the navel, stimulating the relevant acupoints on the Ren meridian (Conception Vessel).
