Jiexi Acupoint
Location Method
The Jiexi acupoint is located on the dorsum (top) of the foot, at the junction of the foot and the lower leg. It is found in the central depression of the transverse crease of the ankle, between the tendons of the extensor hallucis longus (the tendon that lifts the big toe) and the extensor digitorum longus (the tendons that lift the other toes).
To find it easily:
Flex your ankle upward (dorsiflexion). The point is in the most significant hollow that forms in the middle of your ankle joint.
