Stir-fried Cauliflower with Tomato
Ingredients

2 tomatoes

250g cauliflower

½ spoon salt

½ spoon sugar

1½ spoons vegetable oil
Instructions

Cut each tomato into quarters and break the cauliflower into small florets.

Heat a wok and add the vegetable oil. When the oil is about 70% hot, add the cauliflower and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry for about 4 minutes. Add the salt and sugar, stir-fry for another 30 seconds, and it is ready to serve.
