Lingxi Ring APP User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. Before using the Lingxi Ring APP and its related smart ring device (collectively, “the Service”) provided by Shoushitahe (Zhuhai Hengqin) Pharmaceutical Research Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you must carefully read this agreement.

1.2. Your use of the Service shall be deemed as your acceptance of all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and uninstall the APP immediately.

2. Definition of Service

2.1. Service Content:

  • Health data monitoring (heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, body temperature, activity levels, etc.).

  • Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) health assessment (constitution analysis, meridian analysis, conditioning advice).

  • AI health assistant consultation.

  • Women’s health management (menstrual cycle, pregnancy tracking).

  • Family member health data sharing (requires authorization).

  • Device connection and firmware management.

2.2. Disclaimer on the Nature of the Service:

All health data, analysis results, and recommendations provided by this Service are for personal health management reference only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis. This device is not a medical device and cannot replace the professional diagnosis and treatment advice of a physician.

3. Account and Device

3.1. Account Registration:

  • Registration requires a mobile phone number from mainland China for verification. Impersonating others is prohibited.

  • You must ensure that the information you provide (e.g., date of birth) is true and accurate, as it may affect the results of your health assessment.

3.2. Device Connection Requirements:

  • Your phone’s Bluetooth must be enabled, and the Lingxi Ring must be close to the phone (distance ≤10 meters).

  • After successful pairing, the APP’s home screen will display a “Connected” status and battery information.

3.3. Unbinding the Device:

  • By tapping “Unbind Device” in “My > Device Settings,” the ring will stop transmitting data to your account.

4. Rules of Use

4.1. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activities (e.g., tampering with health data, attacking system servers).

  • Collect or share others’ health information without authorization (the family sharing feature requires active consent from the other party).

  • Use the device for medical diagnosis or treatment decisions.

4.2. Disclaimer for Health Data:

The Company shall not be liable for data inaccuracies or service interruptions caused by the following:

(a) Improper wearing of the device (e.g., incorrect ring size, wrong position).
(b) Environmental interference (e.g., strong electromagnetic fields, motion).
(c) Phone compatibility issues (e.g., outdated iOS/Android versions).
(d) User’s failure to follow the manual’s instructions (e.g., moving the device during measurement).

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The copyrights, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights for all content within the APP (including but not limited to algorithmic models, TCM report templates, UI design, data charts) belong to Shoushitahe.

5.2. Reverse engineering, copying, or commercially exploiting the Service’s content without written permission is prohibited.

6. Service Modification and Termination

6.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or modify the Service for reasons such as system upgrades or regulatory changes, and will provide notice through in-app announcements.

6.2. You may delete your account at any time in “My > Account Settings.” After account deletion:

  • Your personal identity information will be anonymized.

  • Your health data will be permanently deleted after 30 days (unless otherwise required by law).

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss due to network failures or device damage.

  • Consequences of decisions made by the user based on the health data.

  • Risks arising from third-party services (e.g., WeChat login, payment functions).

8. Agreement Updates and Dispute Resolution

8.1. When this agreement is revised, we will notify you via an in-app pop-up or message. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8.2. Governing Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be submitted to the People’s Court with jurisdiction in [Guangzhou City], People’s Republic of China.
