I. How to Interpret Your Scores

Yin-Yang Index (Constitution Score): Higher is better.

Low Score = “Deficiency” (Weak physical foundation).

Dampness / Blood Stasis (Pathology Score): Lower is better.

High Score = “Blockage” (Accumulation of internal waste).

1. Yin-Yang Index (The Body’s “Energy Bar”)
Yang Deficiency (Low Score = Body is too “Cold”)

Core Sensation: Fear of cold, lack of energy.

Typical Signs: Cold hands and feet, listlessness, diarrhea after eating cold food, presence of undigested food in stool.

Causes: Craving cold/raw food, staying up late, overwork.
Yin Deficiency (Low Score = Body is too “Dry/Hot”)

Core Sensation: Dehydration, internal “false heat.”

Typical Signs: Hot palms and soles, dry mouth and throat, night sweats, insomnia with vivid dreams, irritability/short temper.

Causes: High stress, staying up late, consuming too much spicy food.
2. Pathology Index (Internal Waste)
Dampness (“Sticky Waste”)

State: The body feels heavy and sluggish, like being wrapped in a wet cloth.

Feeling groggy and unmotivated in the morning.
