Crispy Fried Silkworm Pupae

Dried vermicelli (glass noodles)

Instructions

Deep-fry the vermicelli in hot oil until crispy, then arrange it on the bottom of a serving plate.

Wash the dried silkworm pupae and deep-fry them in hot oil until cooked through and crispy.

Leave a small amount of oil in the wok. Sauté the minced garlic and diced red pepper until fragrant.

Add the fried silkworm pupae back to the wok. Season with salt, MSG, and cooking wine.

Sprinkle with the salt and pepper mix, add the chopped green onions, and serve on top of the bed of fried vermicelli.
