40g Yu Zhu (Solomon’s Seal Rhizome)

10g goji berries

4 red dates (jujubes)

A few slices of ginger

Water, as needed
Instructions

Wash the cleaned chicken, chop it into pieces, blanch in boiling water, then remove and rinse clean.

Wash the Huai Shan, Yu Zhu, and red dates. Flatten the red dates slightly and remove the pits.

Bring a sufficient amount of water to a boil and pour it into a double-boiler pot. Add all the prepared ingredients.
