I. How to Interpret Your Scores

  • Yin-Yang Index (Constitution Score): Higher is better.

    • Low Score = “Deficiency” (Weak physical foundation).

  • Dampness / Blood Stasis (Pathology Score): Lower is better.

    • High Score = “Blockage” (Accumulation of internal waste).

1. Yin-Yang Index (The Body’s “Energy Bar”)

Yang Deficiency (Low Score = Body is too “Cold”)

  • Core Sensation: Fear of cold, lack of energy.

  • Typical Signs: Cold hands and feet, listlessness, diarrhea after eating cold food, presence of undigested food in stool.

Yin Deficiency (Low Score = Body is too “Dry/Hot”)

  • Typical Signs: Hot palms and soles, dry mouth and throat, night sweats, insomnia with vivid dreams, irritability/short temper.
