Location Method
The Shaohai point is located at the elbow crease. To locate it, one should be in a seated position. First, bend the elbow to a right angle. If you feel inward from the elbow tip, you will find a bony prominence, which is the medial epicondyle of the humerus. The Shaohai point is at the midpoint of the line connecting the medial epicondyle of the humerus and the medial (inner) end of the elbow crease.
