Acupressure Instructions

For each acupoint, use the pad of your thumb or index finger to press on the point.

First, press vertically downwards while simultaneously kneading. The pressure should be sufficient to induce a sensation of soreness and distension.

Continue pressing and kneading for 10 seconds, then gradually release the pressure.

Repeat this action 6-9 times for each acupoint.

This massage can be performed 2-3 times per day.

Follow the sequence of first massaging the acupoints on the upper part of the body, and then proceeding to the acupoints on the lower part.
