Acupressure Instructions

  • For each acupoint, use the pad of your thumb or index finger to press on the point.

  • First, press vertically downwards while simultaneously kneading. The pressure should be sufficient to induce a sensation of soreness and distension.

  • Continue pressing and kneading for 10 seconds, then gradually release the pressure.

  • Repeat this action 6-9 times for each acupoint.

  • This massage can be performed 2-3 times per day.

  • Follow the sequence of first massaging the acupoints on the upper part of the body, and then proceeding to the acupoints on the lower part.
