You can use your fingers to press firmly on the acupoint for 3 to 5 seconds, pause for 1 to 2 seconds, and then continue pressing. Keep this up for 2 to 3 minutes.

The technique is a rhythmic press-and-release. Press down and hold for half a minute, then release, and repeat.

Each session should last for a minimum of 3 minutes, and there is no limit to the number of times you can do it per day.
