  1. Place your entire palm firmly over the Guanyuan and Tianshu acupoints. With your wrist relaxed and using your elbow as a pivot, allow your forearm to guide your hand in a gentle, slow, circular motion. Massage each area for 1 to 3 minutes.

  2. Use the pad of your thumb to adhere to the Yinbai point and make a circular motion. Do this for 1 to 3 minutes each time.

There is no limit to the number of times you can perform these massages. Frequent rubbing and pressing of these points can effectively supplement both Qi and blood.
