  1. While in a lying position, use both thumbs to simultaneously and forcefully press or knead the Weishu points on both the left and right sides for 3 minutes.

  2. Massage the Zhongwan acupoint on the stomach/abdomen. To do this, stack both hands on the upper abdomen and rub in a circular motion, both clockwise and counter-clockwise, 30-50 times each.
