I. How Recommendations Are Generated

This module uses intelligent algorithms to match you with a personalized Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) conditioning plan. This is based on your Zang-Fu (Organ) Pattern Differentiation results (e.g., Kidney Yang Deficiency, Heart Blood Stasis) and your meridian energy status. The goal is to help your body restore its Yin-Yang balance through four dimensions: “Diet, Exercise, Medicine, and Therapy.”

II. Interpretation of the Four Conditioning Dimensions

Dietary Advice (Eat Right)

  • Principle: Follows the concept that “medicine and food share the same origin.” Based on your constitution (e.g., a cold constitution needs warming nourishment; a hot constitution needs heat-clearing foods), we recommend suitable ingredients or medicated dietary recipes.

  • Purpose: To correct constitutional imbalances through daily diet.

Exercise Advice (Move Right for Meridians)

  • Principle: Targets blocked or abnormal meridians (e.g., Liver Meridian Stagnation) by recommending specific Daoyin movements, tapping techniques, or Yoga poses.

  • Purpose: To promote the flow of meridian Qi and blood and relieve local discomfort.

Herbal Medicine Advice (Adjunctive Conditioning)

  • Principle: Lists classic formulas or proprietary Chinese medicines (e.g., Jinkui Shenqi Pill) from traditional TCM texts that target your current pattern.

  • ⚠️ Important: Herbal medicine suggestions are for reference only. Individual physical tolerance and contraindications vary. Please consult a professional doctor or pharmacist before purchasing or taking any medication.

Physiotherapy Advice (Acupoint Massage)

  • Principle: Selects key acupoints (e.g., Zusanli, Pishu) and provides guidance on massage, moxibustion, or Gua Sha (scraping).

  • Purpose: To stimulate acupoints and activate the body’s self-healing ability.

III. FAQ: Why Are Some Recommendations Empty?

(Explanation regarding content display)

If you find that a certain section (especially “Herbal Medicine Advice” or “Physiotherapy Advice”) is empty or shows no content, it usually falls under one of the following scenarios:

  1. Good Health Status (Normal): If your Zang-Fu and meridian assessment results are “Normal” (Green), it indicates your body functions are balanced. No extra medical intervention or special acupoint therapy is needed. Simply maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.

  2. Extremely Low Risk: When health risks are in a very mild stage, the system prioritizes gentle improvements like “Dietary Therapy” and “Exercise,” without recommending medication, to avoid over-intervention.

  3. Complex Constitution (Requires Manual Intervention): If your constitutional condition is extremely complex (e.g., mixed cold and heat, multiple organs damaged simultaneously), the system may not be able to match a single standardized plan. For safety reasons, the system suppresses automatic suggestions and recommends consulting an offline TCM practitioner directly.
