Guide to Measurement Records & Health Reports Welcome to the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) Health…

I. How to Read Risk Levels
Based on consultation data and pattern differentiation, the system categorizes health indicators into three levels:
-
Normal (Green): Indicates that this function is in a healthy state. Please continue maintaining good lifestyle habits.
-
Mild Risk (Blue): Indicates sub-health signs or early warnings. It suggests recent fatigue or weakened function in related areas. We recommend improving this through adjustments to your sleep schedule, diet, or appropriate exercise.
-
High Risk (Red): Indicates a high-risk warning for this indicator. It suggests significant hidden dangers in this area. We strongly advise paying close attention and, if necessary, visiting a hospital for professional specialized examinations.
II. Important Notice on Chronic Diseases & Medication
This assessment aims to reflect the body’s original functional state. If you have been diagnosed with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes (abnormal blood sugar), or myocardial infarction, and are currently undergoing medication or treatment, please note the following:
Recommended Measurement Timing
It is recommended to measure in the morning before taking medication or receiving treatment. Data collected at this time better reflects the body’s true “baseline” state.
Explanation of Actual Risk
Medication functions to control symptoms and indicators; therefore, measurements taken after medication may show as “Normal” or “Mild Risk.” This is a result under drug control and does not mean the pathological mechanism has disappeared. In this case, your actual physical risk may be higher than what the measurement shows. Please follow your doctor’s advice and do not blindly stop medication.
III. Scope of Assessment
This module covers multi-dimensional health screenings including cardiovascular/cerebrovascular health, mental state & sleep, digestive system, skeletal spine, and immune function. It aims to help you fully understand potential weak links in your body.
